New Video Relay Service!
BIS, one of the Nation's premier interpreting service providers, now offers free video relay services to consumers, businesses and governmental agencies.
Through the use of web camera technology and the Internet, a BIS interpreter provides sign language interpretation of your telephone conversation right on the screen of your computer! BISVRS.tv can be used for personal or business communication — even video conferencing.
A separate service that BIS offers is Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) which makes use of the same videoconferencing technology to provide interpreting service from a remote location, so an interpreter does not have to be at your site. VRI is provided by an interpreter located at BIS offices.
